This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for requesting and processing refunds for The Thai Dictionary premium subscription services.

We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. However, as we provide access to digital content and services, our refund policy has certain limitations.

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
  • Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in your billing period.
  • Once a billing period has started, we do not issue refunds for that period.

Lifetime Subscriptions

For lifetime subscription purchases:

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible purchase:

  2. Include your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request.

We will process eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of the standard policy in these exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues that severely impact service usability, which our team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges.
  • Service unavailability for extended periods.
